‘Work, Work, Work’ summarises the career opportunities, benefits and training available when managing workplace specific clients. As part of the campaign Bennett Hay’s leadership team will be speaking at universities to promote the opportunities and benefits that the sector brings.
Claire Huish, colleague service director at Bennett Hay, said: “We need people to see workplace hospitality as a viable career. The corporates are all fighting to create amazing workplace experiences for their teams and they need exceptional people and hospitality professionals to bring these experiences to life.
“We don’t deal in split shifts, long hours, fighting for a weekend off and asking for Christmas Day as a rest day. Work, Work, Work has a very new meaning today and we’re fully charged to make hotel and restaurant workers aware there’s more to the working week than Work, Work, Work.”
