Mauricio brings a wealth of experience having worked for caterers including The Admirable Crichton, Food Show and Alison Price. He will report to Bennett Hay’s managing director Zoë Watts and will focus on client development, sales and the tender process.

Bennett Hay places ‘significant ownership’ on its impact on the planet, the communities it serves and its supply partners. The workplace caterer works with a portfolio of offices and estates where it oversees facilities, catering and guest services.
