Founder of WiW, Elit Rowland, said that great progress is already being made to support more diverse talent pools in wholesale, but more businesses must be prepared to step forward to share best practice.
Rowland said: “Awards will help us recognise and reward the businesses and individuals who are making a difference.
“61% of senior level attendees have told us they are making change to their business strategy since attending our conference.
Categories include ‘Best Recruitment Campaign’, ‘Best Initiative to Retain and Develop Talent’, ‘Best Inclusive Leader’ and ‘Woman of the Year.’
Entries are open to both men and women, where relevant.
The Awards will take place at the end of the 2019 conference and the official call for entries will be open at the WiW Speed Networking event.
The WiW 2019 conference will be held on October 10th 2019. Details on the mid-conference Speed Networking event are yet to be confirmed.
