Simon Rogan was announced as the AA Chef of the Year 2016 at the event, which was hosted by comedian Hugh Dennis.
The awards celebrate everything that is great in British hospitality and AA handed out 23 awards on the night, as well as announcing the restaurants that have been awarded new four and five rosettes.
