Abstract
Four lucky hospitality professionals have been given the opportunity to dine at the MasterChef Restaurant & Bar after taking part in an online competition exclusively sponsored by Nescafé Milano.

MasterChef 2014 finalist Jack Lucas drew the names of Gill Smith (Away2Dine), Jonathan Rond (The Jolly Toper), Clare Skevington (Haskins) and Lee Canon (Diageo) at Nestlé Professional’s HQ at Gatwick, and they have won tickets to either the Tasting Menu, Sharing Menu or Lunch at the first pop-up restaurant of its kind, which will be located at Blue Fin Building in London.

There were hundreds of entries for the competition, which offered the chance to experience the food inspired by the TV show as well as meet MasterChef champions from the series, past and present.

From September 2 to October 5, chefs leading the kitchen will include winners such as Ping Coombes (2014), Natalie Coleman (2013), Tim Anderson (2011), Dhruv Baker (2010), Mat Follas (2009) and James Nathan (2008).

Cecilia Clement, Nescafé Milano category and brand development manager, said: “The MasterChef Restaurant & Bar is an exciting way to celebrate the diverse tastes and talents of the champions of the popular cookery format. We’re delighted to not only be supporting this unique event, but to give trade professionals the chance to enjoy this exclusive dining experience.”

Three runners-up were also selected to receive a Nescafé Alegria 510 coffee machine, which serves five varieties of speciality coffee.
