In a night which saw a number of hotel groups win big, caterers and pub and restaurant brands also took home a number of trophies.
Oakmann Inns and Restaurants received the Best Employer Award and Best Housekeeping Strategy, contract caterers Delaware North took home the Best Use of Digital Media Award, and independent schools caterer won the Best Recruitment Initiative Award.
Lexington Catering took home the Best Chef Development Strategy, River Cottage Chefs’ School received the Corporate Responsibility Award and Alastair Storey of BaxterStorey was awarded the very special Chris Beaumont Special Award.
