Having spent five years in a business development role with Wilson Vale between 2003 and 2008, Beddie re-joined the company on 3rd June, following a five-year term as director at Harbour & Jones.
He now works closely with Carolyne Vale to ensure consistent quality and stability for the independent caterer’s growing client base.
He said: ”Clearly, Wilson Vale has continued to grow and enjoy great success over the past five years. What impresses me most is the fact that they have retained their key people and clients in the intervening years. Above all, they have been loyal to their values and resisted diversification to accelerate growth. The growth pattern has remained positive yet sustainable and this lays a great foundation for consistently delivering fantastic quality to clients and providing genuine development opportunities for staff.”
Commenting on his return to Wilson Vale, Andrew Wilson, co –founder and managing director of Wilson Vale, added: ”There is no doubt that Alan Beddie has Wilson Vale deeply embedded into his DNA! It was only a matter of time before he came back to us and we are absolutely thrilled to have him on board. This new role is a significant investment in the business and it highlights the importance we place on looking after our clients and our people.”
