The independent caterers have been appointed to provide catering services to approximately 100 students plus staff under a seven-day-a-week operation.
The contract, which is worth £200K in annual turnover, started officially on 12th January.
A team of five now provides a breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and evening meal service to the students and staff, as well as hospitality services.
