Under a three-year contract worth £1.6million over the life of the contract, the independent caterers started the new service on 18th August at the company’s operations centre in Leeds.
A team of 11 catering staff now provides a breakfast and lunch service to 750 NewDay staff on site. As with all of Wilson Vale’s contracts, the emphasis is on fresh, locally sourced, seasonal food made by craft-trained chefs.

She has appeared on the listing alongside leading figures from business, the public sector, media and the entertainment sectors, including Sir David Attenborough, TV presenter and naturalist, and Gary Lineker, sports presenter.
