Renier first joined in 2015 as a chef manger and was promoted to account operations manager at the Royal College of Nursing in April 2017.
This promotion is an operational role, which will see Renier work alongside three other Wilson Vale general managers to lead their operational teams across 95 catering sites.
Oberholzer said: “My new role is far reaching, encompassing everything from project management and facilities to training & development, succession planning and resource planning, as well as managing the logistics of a multi-restaurant catering operation, driving quality standards and keeping our teams motivated and fulfilled and clients happy.”
