Shepherd began his career as a City and Guilds trained chef before changing tact towards equipment sales, he’s amassed 20 years of experience working at leading brands including, Rational, Hobart and Manitowoc.
His most recent position was international brand manager for Fri Fri, a brand under the Middleby Corporation and was responsible for developing and overseeing the sales and growth strategy of the brand.
