Pedersen will assume global responsibility for Convotherm product lines and will work with the Welbilt teams to continue to grow the business internationally. He will succeed Jean Paul Roudier who has been interim managing director for eight months.
With more than 25 years’ experience working within the hospitality equipment sector after time at Hobart (ITW) and Cornelius (Marmon Foodservice Technologies), Pedersen brings a broad knowledge of technology and the industry.
