The growth plans along with a new company name and strapline (Vimto – Refreshing Soft Drinks Solutions) are in response to the continued rise in eating out occasions, which has had a knock on effect to the sales of soft drinks.
Nick Yates, trading director at Vimto Out of Home, said: “As the UK’s third biggest distributor of soft drinks, we’re setting our sights on ambitious growth over the next five years.
“We’re in fantastic shape as a business and our new identity will really help to communicate and position us as a true one stop, national, soft drinks solutions provider across dispense, packaged and frozen.”
Nichols Plc. has a total business revenue of £110million and employs 170 people across its Vimto UK, International and Out of Home divisions.
