Levy UK managing director Jonathan Davies says it is committed to sustainable and ethical practices that will see the business use more British produce and commit to plant-based, vegan or vegetarian dishes comprising 25% of every menu to meet growing customer dermand.

"Our new purposeful intent will allow us to provide healthier, great tasting food as well as combating food waste and reducing our impact on the environment.”
He added that Levy UK had ‘powerful partnerships’ in the sporting, music and events industries and had recently delivered projects including the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the East Stand at Twickenham Stadium and a live entertainment refresh at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro.
Added to this it recently extended or won catering contracts at Chelsea FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and Leicester Tigers RFC.
