Venue caterer Grazing launches grab & go range for first-time clients
Abstract
Venue catering specialist Grazing has launched a 'high-quality and great value' grab & go range that offers an entry-level alternative to existing delivered-in catering options.

The business will be adding a new range of salads, sandwiches, bakes, sweets, drinks and savoury snacks to its menu. This includes toasted chickpea salad with sweet potato; smoked cheddar, balsamic and onion tart as well as giant handmade sausage rolls.

The new range has been designed to meet the needs of smaller offices (between 20 to 1,000 people) and hybrid working patterns, with no need for a contract or minimum order spend.

Food is prepared at Grazing’s central production unit (CPU) in London’s Bermondsey and delivered to clients’ offices individually labelled and packaged in compostable material.

The growth in Grazing’s offering has been made possible by the expansion of its central production unit by almost 50% having taken on the lease of a neighbouring unit late last year. The aim is to double the size of the business in the next three years.

Grazing chief executive Sam Hurst said: “We decided to develop a grab & go range in response to customer demand for a high-quality lunch offer, the flexibility to have it as frequently or infrequently as they like and at an accessible price point.

“There’s no commitment, minimum spend or contract required, and at around £8-10 per person, it’s half the price of our full service delivered-in catering solutions. It fills that gap between traditional office catering and takeaway.

“We reckon it’s going to be really popular with our clients and is the latest addition to our offering with plenty more in the pipeline to grow the business and keep providing our customers with what they need and want when it comes to an office lunch.”
