The show is a chance for regional and national operators to see the latest innovations with 30% of this year's exhibitors new to the vending industry.
More established exhibitors include Mars Chocolate, PepsiCo-Walkers, Tyrrells Crisps, Tchibo Coffee and Unilever Food Solutions.
Show director, Phil Reynolds, said:” We are expecting an even bigger buzz in Manchester this year as international buyers are flying in for the day and we know that there will be many new products and ideas on show.
“The one-day format means that people can see and deal with the best the industry has to offer without having to travel too far or disrupt operations. You will find 100 stands at the show so expect lots of activity.
“New machines will be unveiled for the first time at Vendex North and visitors will be able to get hands-on with a wide range of equipment and find out the latest industry developments and trends."
A barista competition from the Beverage Standards Association (BSA) and a series of seminars on water care from the European Point-of-use Drinking Water Association (EDWCA) are among the events due to take place.
Entry and parking are free for the show, which has so far sold 95% of available space.
