Seedbank, which is available exclusively to customers of Vegetarian Express, which says its service has been designed to cater for an increasing number of consumers seeking plant-based dishes.
Specifically targeting caterers, the recipe collection provides filters which include meal occasion, world flavour inspiration, or main ingredient.
All the dishes, which range from grab and go option to fine dining meals, feature a full ingredient list and a method of preparation.
According to Vegetarian Express, all have been fully analysed nutritionally, with allergen and diet sensitivities listed alongside.
The firm also ensures all dishes on Seedbank has been very carefully analysed to show its environmental benefit in relation to CO² saving, land utilisation and water usage, when compared to a meat alternative.
The Korean Tempeh Burger recipe, which uses the soy-based chicken alternative, tempeh, saves 0.3kg of CO²; 82m² of land and 5,272 litres of water, it says.
