The Caterer's Challenge encourages school chefs to create a vegetable display to 'inspire' the children in their school to try more vegetables.
The overall winners will receive £500 for the catering team and the two runners-up will get £250 each.
The six week #EatThemToDefaetThem campaign was adopted by approximately 1,500 primary school across the UK from Brighton to Stockport.
The shortlisted finalists include:

- Middlestone Moor (Spennymoor)

- Our Lady and St Josephs Primary (Leadgate)
- St Bernadette's (Stockport)
- Stanah Primary (Thornton)
- Stephenson Way Infants (Tudhoe)
- Torkington Primary (Stockport).
