Vacherin reports turnover rise of 8.8%
Abstract
Independent London caterer Vacherin has reported that annual turnover has risen by 8.8% for the year ended August 31st 2015, breaking the £15 million barrier for the first time.

Managing director and co-owner Mark Philpott, said: “Our strategy of serving bespoke catering and front-of-house services in London’s commercial and institutional heartland is continuing to prove successful.

“This success is down to our ability to put clients’ priorities before our own, have absolute integrity, and obsess about food and service quality.”

Vacherin’s performance in competitive tenders has contributed annual turnover value in excess of £2 million, and for the second year the caterer has achieved a 100% retention level for businesses that underwent competitive tender, which are worth a further £2 million.
