Abstract
Vacherin’s Anthony Kingsley was recognised at the edie.net Sustainability Leaders Awards 2015 last week.
Kinglsey won the Sustainability Leader Award and was the only winner from the catering industry in an event which saw businesses including Heathrow, Tesco and the National Grid win.
He has worked to educate staff on sustainable purchasing choices, expanded Vacherin’s Red Meat Free Mondays initiative and increased purchasing of Fairtrade products like sugar, coffee, chocolate and teas.
