Wilson Sanches Neto has been appointed as general catering manager for Vacherin’s client, Ince & Co, an international law firm. Natalie Joyce becomes the first manager of Entrée - Vacherin’s front-of-house service.

Neto will lead the team that will provide cashless staff dining and hospitality at Ince & Co’s 300 employees and guests at its new Aldgate offices. The team will cater at a staff restaurant with hot food counter, barista coffee, a smoothie and juice bar, live theatre cooking from Vacherin chefs and services for evening workers.
He joins from Baxter Storey where he spent 10 years working on contracts such as Black Rock, Marks & Spencer and Barclays.
Joyce will be responside for building the Entrée business and joins from London Marriott County Hall, and past experience at international five star hotels.
