As part of the head office team, Rule will support his unit-based teams to provide food and service solutions to both customers and clients.
Rule joins Vacherin from Compass Group UK & Ireland where he has held the position of general manager and operational support manager for M&S in-store for the past three years. Prior to this he also gained experience in executive dining, advancing his career in roles within Restaurant Associates.
