Abstract
Urban Eat, the sandwich brand from food-to-go business Adelie Foods, will relaunch after undergoing a makeover and the inclusion of new products.

The updated range, available to operators from August 21st, will be supported by an online promotion, Urban (b)eat, which will run for three months from September 1st  and includes music and tech prizes such as iTunes vouchers and vinyl decks.

John Want, marketing director at Adelie Foods, said: “This relaunch is one of our biggest campaigns to date, and we are confident it will unlock massive sales opportunities for caterers across the UK.

“We’ve invested heavily to ensure we are bringing the best ever Urban Eat selection to market - from packaging, to the addition of on-trend variants and improved taste across the entire portfolio.”

Chicken Tikka Bhaji, three halal options, four toasties and two gluten free sandwiches will feature as additions to the range. Hospitality caterers have a choice of gluten free, halal and vegan platters.

The full Urban Eat portfolio, including Posh Nosh, No Fuss and Roots, will undergo product improvements.
