UK’s leading plant-based festival, Vevolution, to take place at BFI on London’s Southbank.
Abstract
The UK’s leading plant-based festival, Vevolution, will return this winter at the British Film Institute (BFI) on London’s Southbank after the demand for a larger venue was realised when they sold out five-weeks ahead of Vevolution 2017.

With over 3,000 attendees to date since its inception in 2016, the festival is backed by a number of leading plant-based companies including headline sponsors BOL who turned their entire business plant-based in July 2018.

Headline speakers for the festival, which will focus on sharing inspiring stories and ideas from leaders o the pant-powered movement, include Sunday Times best selling authors BOSH! and King Cook Daily, both of whom have been pivotal in reshaping the UK’s perceptions of vegans.

Judy Nadel, Vevolution co-founder, said: “Vevolution is all about empowering people to live happy and fulfilled lives, where we make positive contributions to our communities. It’s amazing to see how Vevolution has grown alongside the rise of the plant-powered movement and we can’t wait to celebrate inspiring people and ideas to change the world this November.”

Her co-founder, Damien Clarkson, added: “We are incredibly proud to be bringing Vevolution Festival to the BFI in the heart of London’s Southbnk. Around the world plant-powered people are playing a huge role in shaping culture. Vevolution Festival 2018 is the gathering for the plant-powered generation – it’s all about coming together to help shape a more positive outlook for the future of the planet.”
