Abstract
The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) has unveiled details of its biggest conference to date, due to take place in Exeter in July.

Hundreds of higher education sector catering professionals will gather at the University of Exeter for a three-day event from the 25th July. This year’s theme ‘Your Mind on a Plate’ will be brought to life by 12 key speakers.

Julie Barker, chair of TUCO, said: “By evaluating our offerings, TUCO is always evolving, discovering and delivering new ways to reach more members.  And this is no different when it comes to the 2016 TUCO Conference.

“Considering all feedback from previous events, we aim to make every Conference engaging and thought-provoking. Year on year, our outstanding speakers wow the audience and participants with their knowledge and innovative ideas - we expect no different from this year’s incredible line-up.”

The speaker line-up will be led by psychiatrist, Professor Dr Steve Peters, who will deliver his views on mind management; whilst Leon chair and co-founder Henry Himbleby will focus on seasonal produce and his passion of making healthy food that tastes good.

All TUCO members are welcome to attend the TUCO Conference in Exeter. For more information on the day and booking your place at the TUCO Conference, visit http://www.tuco.org/learn/conference
