TUCO Conference ‘driving commercial success’
Abstract
The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) Conference is taking place this week (29-31 July) at the University of York and the theme for this year is ‘driving commercial success.’

The TUCO Summer Conference will be three days of networking with members and suppliers from the industry. This year, television presenter Stefan Gates will host the conference on the main stage.

There will be numerous ‘high-profile’ companies exhibiting this year, including Aimia Foods, Bidfood, Hoshizaki, Radnor Hills and Young’s Seafood. Visiting exhibitors will give people the opportunity to discover new products for 2019.

Some of the keynote speakers include Lord Stewart Wood who will discuss the next phase of Brexit, Justin King CBE the former chief executive of Sainsburys for a decade and Brad Burton who will explore how global organisations will teach people how to make faster and better decisions.

The TUCO awards on the last night of the conference will recognise the work and achievements by TUCO colleagues and members.
