Abstract
The inaugural TUCO Awards - celebrating the achievements of in-house caterers across the higher and further education sector - has revealed those shortlisted for this year’s ceremony.
The winners of each category will be crowned at the TUCO Gala Dinner on 26th July 2017, on the last night of the three-day TUCO Conference at the University of Nottingham.
The full shortlist is as follows:
