Trio of top chefs join forces for fundraiser for Hospitality Action

Industry charity Hospitality Action has signed up another set of award-winning chefs to host a special star-studded fundraising dinner later this year at Brasserie Joël, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

The latest trio to show support for the charity includes Nathan Outlaw from the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw; Simon Hulstone, who heads the team at Michelin-starred The Elephant Restaurant in Torquay; and Eric Lanlard, an award-winning master patissier whose London HQ, Cake Boy, houses a cookery school alongside a coffee and patisserie lounge.

They will join forces for one night only on Monday, December 1, for an exceptional evening of food and entertainment, which will include a champagne and canapé reception, followed by a spectacular meal.
