Abstract
Premier league football club, Tottenham Hotspur, along with its official catering partner, Levy UK, has revealed the full lineup of chefs who will work on the food offering for members at the club's new stadium.

Bryn Williams and Dipna Anand join Michel Roux Jr, Albert Roux, Emily Roux and Chris Galvin as the chefs responsible for the food and drink available at the 61,559 capacity stadium’s suites and lounges.

The six will be working in partnership with Levy UK, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, to provide a “premium, Michelin-calibre offering" the like of which Levy says has "never seen before at a sports and entertainment venue”.

Cuisine from the chefs will be available at the stadium’s ‘On Four’ lounges and suites when the ground opens next year, including the H club, situated above and in line with the centre circle.

Members will be able to select from five dining experiences throughout the season including an ‘exquisite’ fine dining and informal brasserie style experience, an opportunity to dine at the chef’s table with their food prepared on view, and ‘the player’s table’ experience where guests can dine alongside former players.

Williams, who has worked under Marco Pierre White and Michel Roux Jr, will oversee the service delivery at a selection of Tottenham Hotspur matches next season.

Williams said: “It’s incredibly exciting to bring my signature dishes and Britain’s finest produce to the club’s new stadium. The H Club closely resembles Michelin star restaurants across the globe in everything from the design and atmosphere, to the food that will be served.”

Anand added: “I have a love affair with Indian cooking and through this exciting collaboration with Tottenham Hotspur, I’m looking forward to bringing the fantastic Indian dishes I grew up with to a new audience.

“At one match, guests On Four might be eating the finest European cuisine courtesy of the Roux family, Chris or Bryn, and the next they will sample my taste of Asia – there is a great variety on offer.”

At seven games each season Tottenham will offer ‘hero chefs’ the opportunity to showcase their talent. Chefs from the local area and entrants into competitions such as the Craft Guild of Chefs ‘National Chef of Year’ will be chosen to design the menu and host service.
