Abstract
Mexican and Spanish cuisines present the biggest opportunities for operators, according to a new survey by Future Thinking.
Data taken from its Grocery Eye 2016 study found that although Chinese and Italian remain the firm favourites for many consumers, Mexican, Spanish, Thai and French cuisines are all emerging opportunities.
For those feeling slightly more adventurous, fiery American BBQ, Moroccan and Japanese cuisines are the interesting alternatives rounding out the top 10.
