It's a chance to widen our reach to the next generation of hospitality management students. This is one of the most influential hospitality schools in the country, launching the careers of some of the sector's most important operators." Students created and served a menu that used Red Tractor farm assured ingredients wherever possible. It also showcased lesser-used cuts of meat including mutton and turkey legs.
