Tahola unveils seven day support service

Tahola, the business analytics experts for the hospitality industry, has unveiled a seven day support service to its clients.

The new service has been launched following increased demand after the success of its Sunday cover service, which launched two years ago.

Tahola’s Data Mixologists will operate from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on a Saturday and Sunday, allowing operators to capitalise on valuable data that can be generated, analysed and distributed over the peak weekend period.

Simon Blackbourne, commercial director of Tahola, said: “To be leading the way as the first data analytics solutions provider in the hospitality industry to offer this service is a proud moment for Tahola.

“We are already experiencing considerable interest in this added level of cover since we introduced the service at the beginning of February. Hospitality operates seven days a week, 365 days a year – so why shouldn’t we?

“Providing data from peak Friday night, Saturday and Sunday shifts can now be analysed almost straight away, providing immediate results.

“The move truly demonstrates just how much our clients have grown to rely on data and the insight it can provide into their business. With the introduction of this service, we now have in place a support service that covers every day of the year with the exception of Easter Day and Christmas Day.

“Within the next couple of years, we will also look to extend our service further into the evening to accommodate international clients.”

Tahola was established in 2000 and aims to help businesses gain insight into their performance.
