TAG Catering Equipment UK Ltd is celebrating a hat-trick of awards at the CEDA Conference Gala Dinner, including the much coveted Overall Grand Prix Award.

Tyron Stephens-Smith of TAG was named the inaugural Rising Star award winner and the OXO Tower main kitchen refurbishment for Harvey Nichols scooped the Medium Project Award for the company to complete the treble.

Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Ltd won the Small Project Grand Prix Award for The Woodspeen Restaurant and Cookery School.

Airedale Group Ltd won the Large Project Grand Prix Award for Wellington College.

Inox Equip Ltd won the Outstanding Customer Service Grand Prix Award for The Soup Kitchen, Brixton, a project delivered free for the charity and which was featured on ITV’s Surprise Surprise television show.

And the Suppliers Awards were won by: Heavy Equipment - Rational UK; Light Equipment – Mechline Developments Ltd; and Outstanding Customer Service was a joint award – First Choice Catering Spares and Meiko UK.

The Industry Personality Award winner was Steve Martin, who retired recently after more than 30 years with Hobart.

The conference and awards took place on April 23-24 at the annual conference held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Enstone, Oxfordshire in association with the Foodservice Consultants Society International and Cedabond.
