Brakes, which sells a comprehensive range of fresh, frozen and ambient products as well as catering equipment, delivers to businesses which serve food including schools, restaurants and pubs across Scotland.
Once complete, the site’s expansion will allow the company to increase the size of its locally sourced Scottish product range. The Newhouse site will grow to more than 200,000 sq. feet, improving the facilities to allow the company to increase the range of fresh products it can sell.
