Abstract
Launched in 2011, the Sustainable Restaurant Awards is designed to celebrate the industry’s leaders and their efforts in supporting sustainability.

Many of the UK’s restaurateurs, suppliers and caterers will come together to honour those that have excelled as they receive their awards from SRA President Raymond Blanc, on February 23rd.

UK Restaurants will compete in their respective regions before the winner from each goes forward with the chance to be named the UK’s Sustainable Restaurant of the Year 2015.
