Sunday lunch most difficult dish to cook

Bread topped the list with 43% of respondents saying they found it difficult to cook, followed by meringue with 38%, and pastry close behind with 37%. Boiled rice was the least difficult to cook according to research, with just 6% of Brits finding it hard to prepare, and pasta with a minimal 7%. I hope the revival of dishes such as roast rib of beef and lemon meringue pie will encourage the public to spend time getting back to basics in the kitchen at home."
