Abstract
The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2025, which are taking place on Thursday 3rd July at The American Express Stadium in Sussex, have officially opened for entries.

The awards aim to recognise and reward the efforts and dedication shown by the catering, hospitality and events teams at stadium venues across the UK. There are 15 different categories available to enter, including a new category especially for event agents to vote for their top stadium venue. 

In the Chef Team of the Year Award up to 12 chef teams will have 90 minutes to prepare, cook and present a four-course menu suitable for their club chairman to entertain head of the FA, RFU or the Cricket ECB to a business luncheon.

The entry deadline is Monday 31st March 2025. The categories include:

  • Event Agents Choice Award (new for 2025)
  • Above & Beyond Recognition Award
  • Stadium Event of the Year Award
  • Non-Matchday Mystery Shopper Award
  • Matchday Sales Team of the Year Award
  • Non-Matchday Sales Team of the Year Award
  • Best Retail Catering Award
  • Operations Team of the Year Award
  • Chef Team of the Year Award
  • Visiting Rugby Directors Award
  • Visiting Football Directors Award
  • Matchday Hospitality Awards (small)
  • Matchday Hospitality Awards (medium)
  • Matchday Hospitality Awards (large)
  • Overall Matchday Hospitality Award
