Lakeland Dairies has highlighted the ‘traditions’ of Ireland in their new menu to celebrate St Patrick's Day.
The much-celebrated annual holiday has inspired the company to recreate the Irish landscape, Giant’s Causeway, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A team of Lakeland chefs created the cream filled scone using creamy millac gold double and butter.
A prize draw has also been announced for chefs, to win a culinary trip to Northern Ireland, by downloading the ‘celebrate green’ recipes online by 30 April.
