Abstract
Japanese restaurant group Yo! Sushi has partnered with food travel caterer SSP to launch two new restaurants in Norway and Denmark.
Yo! Sushi opened in Oslo central station this February following the launch of its first site in Gardermoen (Oslo Airport) three years ago. A new Copenhagen restaurant is situated in Terminal Three of the international airport for customers on the go and those with more time can dine at the 70-seat restaurant.
Vanessa Hall, CEO, at YO! Sushi said: “We are really excited to be working with SSP again, and together we can bring a slice of urban Tokyo to all travellers at two of Europe’s busiest transport hubs.”
YO! Sushi currently operates in ten travel hubs across Europe, including Heathrow terminals two and three, Gatwick North, Oslo Airport, St Pancras International and Edinburgh Airport.
