Simon Smith, CEO of SSP UK and Ireland, said: “We have had a long and successful relationship with Network Rail and we are delighted to be building on the success of this partnership with the opening of two great brands.”
The Starbucks store is the first in the UK rail sector to offer Starbucks Evenings, which gives customers a choice from a range of small hot and cold sharing plates, alongside premium wines and beers.
The Starbucks Evenings concept has previously been rolled out at Stansted Airport and as part of Starbucks' Reserve Bar on Upper St Martin's Lane, London. Dishes on the menu range from chorizo and prawn skewers with chilli ketchup, to truffle mac & cheese, and braised British beef.
The Caffè Ritazza will be designed to feature the brand’s new look and will offer a newly improved premium fine food range.
