Founder of Purssells London, Chris Jennings, said: “We look forward to showcasing the provenance and quality of our coffee to the on-trade.
“Good coffee shouldn’t just be for the connoisseur – we want to make it available to a wider audience who will appreciate the taste and price.”
He said blends could be produced to suit individual tastes through a comprehensive tasting session and profile questionnaire.
Requirements could encompass taste and price point, as well as corporate social responsibility through investing in creative projects in coffee-producing communities, he added.
As well as the bespoke coffee service, Purssells London offers a premium off-the shelf range.
Purssells London was founded by Chris Jennings and coffee expert Michael de Renouard, and is named after the 19th century restaurant of the same name.
