The Out at Work list names Margot Slattery at number 15 in the list of the most influential LGBT business leaders.
Margot chairs the UK and Ireland sexual orientation and gender identity workstream, which earlier this month launched the Pride employee network.
Margot Slattery, country president of Sodexo Ireland, said: “It’s fantastic to be included among the top 50 most influential business leaders for a second consecutive year.
“Earlier this month I was delighted to be involved in the launch of our Sodexo Pride employee network in the UK and Ireland, and it’s by having those visible role models, from the Out at Work list to colleagues we work with every day, that we can encourage people to be themselves and perform to their full potential.”
In the same month and for the second year running, Margot was included in the Outstanding Top 100 LGBT business leaders, published in association with the Financial Times.
