The enei awards recognise organisations that demonstrate a commitment to providing an inclusive environment for workers.
The 2019 enei awards took place at The Law Society London and was attended by a range of organisations including the NHS, civil services and government agencies.
To win the award Sodexo showed evidence of: commitment to all levels of the organisation, inclusive communications and a measurable impact across the whole spectrum of diversity aimed at achieving a truly inclusive culture.
