Sodexo ambassador and former England rugby player Matt Dawson joined VIPs from Leonardo and senior Sodexo staff at the official opening earlier this month.
Leonardo has partnered with Sodexo since 2012, delivering around a wide range of hard and soft FM services. In July 2024, Sodexo successfully won the food services contract for the Yeovil site.
The new food services contract has seen the construction of a new restaurant in a location that improves accessibility. Features of the Hangar One restaurant include:
- Introduced the Kitchen Works food offer to serve nutritious meals
- Restaurant designed to bring together company’s 2,600 employees
- Everyday App enables employees to pre-order food and drink
- Digital self-service kiosks in the restaurant and smart vending options across site
- Leonardo employees have been enjoying street food dishes through Sodexo’s pop-up mobile van
