Weiss joined Sodexo in 2017 as managing director within its Government business segment and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.

Over its last annual financial reporting period (Sept 2022 to Aug 2023) Sodexo achieved strong growth with the retention of a number of clients across all markets, as well as adding to its portfolio in both the public and private sector.
In the UK and Ireland Sodexo employs around 30,000 people, and partners with clients in many sectors across business and industry; schools and universities; sports and leisure; energy and resources; government and agencies; healthcare; justice and defence.
