The Health & Vitality Honours is a platform for business to showcase the best practice and helps to create better transparency on social issues including health and nutrition throughout the supply chain.
Mak received the ‘Special Achievement’ award for her dedication to driving nutrition, health and wellbeing to Sodexo clients and employees. She is a registered dietitian and she has worked on topical issues around nutrition and allergens.
Sodexo’s Five Foodie Days menu for primary schools won the ‘Public Sector’ award. The Five Foodie Days was developed by Rosemary Molinari and it offers a fresh approach to school food focussing on pupils in key stage two to four.
The scheme was launched in October 2018 with each food day following a different theme, including planet food, street food, world food, originals and Friday favourites.
