Abstract
Sodexo Prestige, which caters to a wide range of tourism, leisure and public sector organisations across Scotland, has been named the best employer among Scotland’s group contract caterers for the second year running.
The company was given the accolade of Best Group Contract Caterer Employer at the Best Employers in Hospitality 2011 Scotland awards at Prestonfield House in Edinburgh.
Nicola McKay, human resource manager for Sodexo Prestige in Scotland, said: "Our employees are our most important asset. Sodexo Scotland serves a variety of corporate Scottish clients, including the Scottish Parliament, the University of Stirling, and Stirling Management Centre.
