Abstract
Sodexo Prestige Scotland, a leading provider of on-site service solutions, has appointed Alistair Irvine to the role of business development director to grow the company's sales across Scotland.
Irvine's responsibilities will include developing the division's sales strategy in line with the company's targets, developing and growing the business and long term partnerships. He will report directly to Graham Box, managing director, Sodexo Scotland.
Prior to joining Sodexo, Irvine managed the development of the retail, food and beverage concessions within the airport and rail travel services at Delaware North Companies. Prior to this he worked for part of the Compass Group as a divisional board director.
He said: "I am delighted to be joining Sodexo and I look forward to taking on this role and all of the challenges it may bring. I hope that my expertise and market knowledge will be of great benefit to the Prestige Scotland division and Sodexo as a whole."
