A packed programme of parties and disco nights featuring a red carpet arrival, drinks reception, four-course festive menu and late bar has been unveiled for the venue – home to premier league football club Brighton and Hove Albion FC – under the ‘Glitz, Glam and Get Down’ theme created by Sodexo.
The party kicks off on December 1 with the Divas theme, featuring live performances from tribute acts for Dolly Parton, Tina Turner and Cher. On selected dates in December, partygoers can join the ‘Dancing through the Decades’ evenings, featuring classic dance music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, while a Motown-themed weekend will take place on December 8 and 9, featuring live music from The Devotions.
Tom Jones and Elvis are the inspiration for a Vegas Nights weekend, December 15 and 16, which will feature live tribute entertainment and casino tables.
Sodexo’s sales and marketing manager for the Amex Stadium, Kathy Taylor, said: “We are excited about the ‘Glitz, Glam and Get Down’ themed nights we have on offer this year. They are an ideal choice for groups of friends, family members or work colleagues looking for an unforgettable event in one Brighton’s most popular Christmas party venues.”
The Amex Stadium is also opening up 10 of its function rooms – all with views over the pitch or the neighbouring South Downs – to groups wanting to hold a private party for between 20 and 450 guests.
