The new menu at the Amex, home to Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club, features a range of salads including kale, clementine and feta. Also available is a selection of ‘hot toppers’, such as soy and spring onion roasted salmon fillet.
Kathy Taylor, sales and marketing manager for Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events at the stadium, said: “We have put together new, light and healthy menus for our corporate guests this summer, which are tasty and satisfying but won’t take their toll on the waistline.
“Our talented chefs have created a variety of menus, which vary depending on the day of the week and feature a host of healthy, seasonal ingredients which pack a healthy punch and also taste as wonderful as they look.”
The American Express Community Stadium (Amex) also has 10 main conference and event suits that can cater from two to 500 people and its 21 executive boxes each seat up to 10 guests.
